Unbeknown to Ghana authorities, that crook was busy laundering his looted funds and preparing to retain legal counsel in the USA to fight his extradition to Ghana. Ofori-Atta is a corrupt thieving looting liar who pretended to be a God-fearing Christian while he was busy looting Ghana government assets when he served as Ghana's Finance Minister.
