  Our roads, hospitals, schools, water supply systems, energy supply systems, food production and storage facilities, among others, should have been our top-most priorities, but France, USA, UK, Belgium and their Westerners still will not let us be with some peace to develop.
  The $4 billion was going to go far with our road's construction across our African continent.
