  This Ukrainian Foreign Minister should be more worried about the fact that over 500,000 Ukrainian citizens have run away from Ukraine to avoid being forcibly drafted to fight a Western proxy war in which over 2 million young Ukrainians have in only 3 years, died needless deaths. This is as terrible as it is unacceptable.
  
  Even if - in the very unlikely circumstances, it is true that a mere 1,400 Africans have voluntarily and freely opted to fight on the side of Russia, what can anybody do about it? It is strange that the Ukrainian Foreign Minister doesn't deem it fit to mention or advise countries from which many thousands of foreign mercenaries are known to be fighting for Ukraine, as well.
  
  Africans are well aware that at least Ukraine did not enslave Africans nor colonize any part of Africa and therefore we expect that they would show more respect to Africa and to not insult our intelligence as others routinely do.
  
  It would also do Ukraine a world of good if on the other hand, they also refrain from being used to destabilize the govts of our brothers in the Sahel region of West Africa.
