  That useless and incompetent coward ran to France with his family in tow and he now is foolishly claiming to have dissolved Parliament from his French hideout. This Covid fruit juice peddling ex-President should be glad that he managed to escape from the country with his family and stolen loot intact. Can't dissolve Parliament when you're officially a runaway ex-President.
