  The cost of transitioning from fossil fuels to Green energy has social and economic costs for countries around the world. It is not just in Africa that these cost will be felt.
  If you want to make Africa truly great, then get those 1950's trucks with the black diesel fumes of the streets, so that they don't poison the air people breath.
  Green is a better way forward. But it will have negative and positive cost benefits.
