  The irony is that, whether the UN Representative has worked in conflict areas for over 20 years or was a UN Representative before her, Italian Barbara Manzi, declared "persona non grata" by Captain Traore's Government, is of no significance and no concern to Captain Traore.
  What is his main concern? Is his government to be treated with respect and not disrespected?
  If the UN Representative demonstrated disrespect to Captain Traore's government and thought she could, by the office she held, write unfounded reports about Burkina Faso, particularly its government, as was alleged, she deserved to be expelled from the Country because no government would tolerate that kind of behavior.
