  I blame Felix Houphoet-Boigny for bringing the Burkinabe into the Ivorian politics. Alassane Ouattara believed he could snatch Ghana's oil fields with the help of Sarkozy and got disappointed to find out Ghana doesn't joke with such cases. Rawlings already won that conflict years ago.
