The UK should keep all the aid in an escrow account until they can figure out how to get the AID to the most needy. Currently, the most needy can be seen in expensive shops, cars and air travel.

A continent that boasts a vast wealth of natural resources and yet can't even provide clean drinking water for many of its communities, all due to thievery, mismanagement and incompetence. Africans will only wake up when most donor countries finally pull the plug on handouts.
