Uganda is not a monarch, it is a country where elections are held like all of other African countries and the Ugandan people must make sure of that by voting for a new leader. The truth of the fact is Museveni cannot even have a normal conversation with anyone any longer, his hands are always shaking, and he cannot talk like a normal person. The people of Uganda need to vote for somebody in his or her 40s, who is young and vibrant to lead Ugandans.
