  Leave the USA out of this. What are our leaders doing for the content? They are not obliged to provide for or sponsor Africa. They have the right to help or not help.

  It is rather the NGO's that are suffering not the children. Who doesn't know that of the donations these ngo's receive, less than 50% goes to these kids
