  In Ghana we are just recycling former leaders. This is not real progress. Mahama has no business running again after he was defeated once. We need fresh blood in both the NDC and NPP. This business of waiting in queue for your turn to come has to end. Since Rawlings all the leaders we have elected from either party lost an election but simply waited it out for their turn to be elected as if we are running a monarchy. If we are to make real progress, we should be prepared to elect anyone who has the qualifications and vision for the country. That person doesn't always have to be a senior person in the party. They just have to demonstrate what it takes. Both parties should be more open, flexible and inclusive in their selection process and not always anoint the conventional candidate.

BBC , it seems go on their way to employ opposition supporters who will feed them with negative news in African countries to report to the World. Only Rwandan President Paul Kagame managed to put them in their place by confronting their reporters in Rwanda

  The economic hardships unleased since the covid have resulted in almost every democratic nation lose the elections. Ghana is no exception. In Ghana, there was voters apathy due to disappointments by the ruling party. We are hope the economy would rebound in vigor. Soon the same voters would be crying and wished the return of the party that lost the election.
