  @KD....This has nothing to do with the rest of Africa. That is how Congo has been and it will continue be so because of the corrupt nature of the people and their government. Very close friends and colleagues who are Congolese have always told me the politics behind some of these health issues there.
  
  I understand the authorities sometimes device every means to keep disease and viruses spreading just to get funds from WHO and the international community. They do it deliberately, let no one fool you into believing that the outbreak of diseases in Congo is real or they are natural causes.
