  Just wondered why the TC 2024 Yuroba excellence and cultural celebration award should be held in Accra Ghana and not on Yuroba ancestral land in Nigeria. Are Nigerians of all tribes slowly taken over Ghanaian land or have now become part Ghana. There are lots of chatter online / Internet about Nigerian moving into Ghana and many African countries and also inspiring and wanting to become part of Ghana. Is Nigeria becoming too small for their citizens to live in it. Are Nigerans re-writing the history of Ghana our Mother Land or are Ghanaians allowing themselves for foreigners to re-write and change our history for us. Where are the Ghanaian historians and linguists of Ghanaian ancestry to speak about these Nigerian tribes forcing themselves to become part of Ghana.

  KB, you need to understand the effects of diaspora commitment to nation growth. This is not new to both Africans and Asians in diaspora. They need to mobilize themselves to help their homeland back home. Nigeria for example has the second highest diaspora remittance in Africa aside Egypt worth Millions of dollars. So all these gatherings has a lots of advantages back home. Even in helping their communities. The Yorubas are a very large set of people across the globe, they are in Brazil, Cuba, Porto Rico, Ghana, Togo and mostly across the west coast. Pls read about them and their relationship with Ga people of Accra.

  KB, African unity is something we have all been craving for. Even including our Jamaican brothers and sisters. Small communities are ok without any ulterior motives.
