  The purpose of south-south cooperation is to support and partner countries on the pathway to development; benefitting from the lessons learned by other economies as they have tried out development solutions. It is a successful and growing modality, and even countries of the 'traditional' north are getting interested. With ODA declining, why can we not strengthen our cooperation among ourselves, because no-one will do it for us, and we have so much to share with one another.
