One of the major test for our wonderful policy of one village one dam. Cos if after all those millions pumped into the project n our northern folks get flooded, just after a spillage I stand to be corrected but I would need to have a redefinition of causing financial embezzlement to the state. One need not belong to a political party to think this but only needs be a true Ghanaian who cares for his fellow 's well being n ask questions when presumed works aren't yielding their outcomes.
