Just let the people vote for the taxes. If they don't vote for it then they don't want whatever project the taxes are meant for. It is that simple. You can't force it on them.

All those who participated in this Kenyan protest are the lazy fools who wants the government to do everything for them forgetting that the government need money to do everything for them.

In Ghana, there are people who are "protest contractors" and they are seen in every protest so, ask yourself if they have nothing to do.
