  Too Late for Biden: there's no way he can counter China's influence in Africa because America has not achieved a hundredths of the investments China has made in Africa.
  
  Moreover China invests in Africa without intefering with the social living of the African countries, like America and the West does, like if African caontries do not allow trumu-trumu, the West will not give them aid.
  
  China does not want African countries to live by Chinese values, like the West want all African countries to throw away their own values and live by values of the West - someting that wont work.
  
  China is not interested in all that: China comes for business and not to poke their nose in the internal matters of the countries ie DICTATE to the natives of Africa how they should live their lives.
