is more just than the family of the victim agreeing with the offender to be freed if he is able to pay the blood money which is compensation to the family? Do you know the livelihoods that woud be affected as a result of the death? If he has children, who is going to take care of them? Those are exactly what blood money seeks to cure.
Finally, it appears it's only African countries that don't care about the lives of its citizen. Kenyan Government can pay that money so the man gains his freedom. Is that difficult to do?

You don’t understand what he’s saying this case was a clear manslaughter turned into a murder case he’s right if you’re not a Muslim offen times not even an Arab it’s better not to go live in such countries maybe for a few days of tourism is alright I traveled to a Muslim country (not the popular ones) and one woman asked me if I was a Muslim when I said no she treated me with hatred even though I haven’t even entered the country
