One thing that I've observed in Africa, Ghana ,Nigeria and Mali produce the best talents @ U17 and U20 levels, however when they mature for the bigger stages like U23 onwards it's Cameroon, Nigeria, Cote d'ivoire, Senegal who

What about penalty misses?
I don't believe journalists and politicians influence goal and penalty misses on the pitch too. At least on two AFCON final opportunities, plus a whole World Cup semifinal opportunity, we were eliminated on marathon penaltie
