  ive been advocating for this for yrs. gfa should decree that all gh players must play in the premier lg for 3 yrs before they are eligible to sign for an overseas club. this will help to keep talents at home and make our local lg more competitive, exciting...this will also help the clubs as well. there is no money in the local lg so we need directives like these to keep the local lg active n more exciting with budding talents...

  Are you some type of a communist? Every Ghanaian citizen has the right to legally travel outside of Ghana to pursue any endeavor he or she wants at any time. Doctors, engineers, nurses, taxi drivers, teachers aren't restricted from leaving Ghana. Why should footballers be restricted? Lack of money in the local league is a symptom of the failed and chaotic social, political and economic systems in our country. Actually, other countries are helping Ghanaians relief the daily and constant stress they live under. By the way, the club owners and football administrators you're addressing are behind the exodus. What will really happen if the local league were to fold? The answer is nothing compared to, for example, closing down our hospitals.
