    That is good investment, I'm sure the value may have increased. Find ways to raise revenue from it.
    Gyan, U need to watch Sugar Ray Robinson on youtube (Bright lights and dark crowds) it can help U to reduce your mistakes.

    It is all about planning. In actual fact, what he should have done was build a smaller home and next to it build a multi-unit structure that he can rent out apartments from.

    Gyan, just sell it and build a smaller one that you can maintain.Well maintained houses always turn out to be too notch investments when they are sold.
