    PAINSIL, PAY THE WOMAN. IF U HAVE MONE WHY ARENT U PAYING UR ELECTRICITY BILLS?
    Last month Painstil put blocks in front of his house to prevent cars from passing after his electricity supply was cut because of non payment.
