Now Ekow, what were you saying? You lost me!
The advocates for expatriate coach always used discipline as their motive. Therefore, for Kwesi Appiah to be successful in his second coming, he MUST set the tone early as to who really is in charge. The backboneless Kwesi Appiah I (the first) must be replaced by a no nonsense Kwesi Appiah II (the second).
This 'new' Kwesi Appiah II must be willing to kick a player off the team if they violate team rules. The BS have team rules, do they? I wish him well but he still has earn it.

The discipline these players lacked from their own homes appear to be showing on the pitch. Tough talking and no nonsense approach will make our local coaches to stand out among this mess.

NO DISCIPLINE...SO THIS IS WHERE IT ALL STARTS. IF OR CITIES WERE PLANNED AND STREETS NAMED AND THINGS WERE SO MUCH IN ORDER LIKE CIVIL PPL OPERATE. IM SURE THIS MINDSET WILL CHANGE. JUST LOOK AT OUR SPORTS INFRASTRUCTURE EVEN...VERY POOR. EVEN WITHIN AFRICA, OUR SPORTS INFRASTRUCTURE IN GH ALONE IS VERY BAD COMPARED TO NATIONS LIKE EVEN GABON, EQ GUINEA ETC. SO, IN MY OPINE. THIS IS WHERE IT EMANATES...

U may be able to speak for your self but not all. Love, hate, respect etc can't be forced on a person.
Every single person in the world has been affected by what happened in the past(400 years of slavery) Blacks feel inferior and whites feel superior.
In Africa(Ghana), everything foreign is better. Black leaders are generally corrupt because of their love for material things, they feel inferior so they need these things to help boost their image. When Blacks get lots of money and power
they generally become arrogant, all because of "inferiority complex"
