  We do not know the past mistakes you made but the one mistake every Ghanaian make is not talking but keep assuming for someone.
  Dealing with foreign Nationals do not go well when you cannot express your feelings and forget the harm.
  Work with emotions hardly go in hand but due diligence and the truth prevail almost all the time and i would chose the later as my guiding principle.
  Do discourage juju and encourage hard work because there is no such as free lunch for the lazy dude.
  Any player who resort to juju must be sacked from the team. Also God help those who help themselves not prophecies and laziness that win tournaments.
  Mistakes i notice about you during your reign. I have you have learned a lot to be calm, composed and ready for constructive criticism.
