  Let them all go for their coaching licenses first or start working towards it. Stephen Appiah, Olele, etc all deserve to have a say.

  This should've been done a long time ago. Even without licenses they could've brought the veterans in for player seminars so that the current players can pick their brains and learn from them. As a country we need to start taking care and showing respect to former players. There's no excuse why we have to always look outside for help or inspiration. Younger players should want to be the next Stephan Appiahs, Abedi Peles, Tony Yeboahs, apart from the European players. Yet at the same token how can our youth look up to such legends that the country doesn't even honor? It's high time we start being more innovative and creative in finding solutions to help nurture and foster a competive atmosphere within all our sports teams.
