If u want a coach to bring ghana to winning ways you bring someone with the track record. Someone with pedigree, character and personality. Kwesi Appiah is definitely not the guy. The same way they brought in Avram Grant telling us avram Grant is the one to bring glory to ghana football. Avram Grant? A man who has not won a copper spoon in his life was charged to win trophies for ghana. 2 years later another disastrous decison has been made to hand over the job to a silent, clueless, no game plan beneficiary of Akan majority to be coach of the Black stars. Let us appoint only Black coaches and let the football authorities pay them the same salary they are prepared to pay mediocre white coaches like Grant. Let's be proud of our own coaches. Ghana shall surely win the African and World Cups under a black coach. No white coach should take the credit for the formidable job our players will put in. GFA should maintain strict discipline among the players. Those who will not respect Kwesi Appiah should be dropped from the National Team and made to pay heavy fines for insurbodination.

This is a new begin, and the past must be something of the past. Kevin Prince Boateng and other Ghanaian players overseas who are willing to play for the National Team must be called up, especially Inaki Williams from Athletic Bilbao and other players in Germany, Holland, Belgium, Swistzerland.

Just maybe a 3weeks attachment to understudy that Gardiola man and pick one or two things from him and also take the opportunity to have a look or two at some of the young players who are playing regularly in their teams but have been neglected by his predecesors , just to update his list of potential young players and also the present cadre abroad. With this in mind he would have a much better idea about which players in the local scene could be integrated into the national team. A lot of the players in the local league are of the same calibre as those playing abroad.
