  He needs more passion and a greater sense of urgency about his game and his football acumen on the field of play. Very talented but makes very careless passes.

  The problem is that he is not a forward. He is really a right wing or right back who is being forced into the forward position. I suspect that he would be a great right back but that will never happen.

They know, noone can take the ball from them. They will either use their body strength, drbbling skills or turnings to outwit whoever challenge. If a player lack this quality, you must as well learn one touch soccer very well.
