  This has been budgeted and spent already. what is gone is gone, who are you going to investigate. what is needed is for the abandoned work to be awakened again. Thank you Mr. President.

  Wtf is this? Why is govt sponsoring this project? So the University can't use revenue from the school to complete and also constantly renovated this mini stadium? Tweaapuu..legon collects all sorts.of fees from students. Can' ...

Tweaapuu..legon collects all sorts.of fees from students. Can't u even open invest some of these monies in other projects to keep revenue coming in? Most colleges and universities in North America invest in so many money making projects all over the world. U will be surprised. Can u imagine if all these universities depended on govt? Legon alumni should also come on board and contribute. This legon president must never fired wat a fucking block head
