So you cannot say he goofed or got his figures wrong until you have told us the "correct" figures, which presently appear to be known only to the coefficient gang.

When you rent a place, you pay the monthly rent whether you spend every day/night at the place. Give us the "correct " figures if you think the parliamentarian got his wrong. If you can't then the man is right.
