Why should we pay $50K plus to a foreign coach and end up as semi finalists at AFCON while a local coach can take us to same spot? Makes no sense to me. For me this must be given to the locals with $10K as his monthly salary while his assistant takes home $5K, give them winning bonuses plus travel allowance.

This is one of the best times to give this job to a local Ghanaian coach. Let him run it for at least 2 years with a target of qualifying us to the AFCON 2019. If he manages to pull some magic by qualifying us to Russia 2018, that should be a plus. Don't pay more than $10K a month for a local coach and let see how he or she will fare. Let's stop paying coaches $50K a month while education is way down low.
