Please Mr Al Wahab you argued from one point of the issue which is well understood.
What about the knowledge of local coaches in modern trend of the game of football?

There is joy in doing things for your self so let us do it. Remember when we were slaves and they said we could not do anything for ourselves? We told them in our independence speech that "from now on there is a new African in the world......."
Bring back AA, send him abroad for further training if necessary and give him the job, we can even do that with Stephen Appiah or any of our former stars.

Sometimes,I laugh a lot when this argument crop up.Mark my words;no local coach can coach this current Black star players we have now.We love in a country where by this Black star players feel Superior than their Boss.Even the GFA as a body, can't control them how much more a local coach. The GFA should look for a coach whose pedigree is higher than this players.A coach who is internationally recognized.Or,they should dissolve this Black star team and Form another with an entire one with local players with local coach.Else,we should forget.

WHY ARE GHANAIAN COACHES THE ONLY COACHES WHO HAVE WOM MAJOR TROPHIES FOR GHANA? THIS IS SO BECAUSE GHANAIAN COACHES ARE ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND IMPROVE SPECIAL TALENTS IN LOCAL PLAYERS THAT FOREGN COACHES DO NOT SEE EASILY. THESE FOREGN COACHES USE EUROPEAN WAY OF PLAYING TO SUPPRESS AND INFLUENCE OUR NATURAL WAY OF PLAYING. WE ARE ABLE TO CONFUSE FOREIGN TEAMS. THE SAME WAY BRAZIL WAS THRASHED WHEN THEY TRIED TO PLAY EUROPEAN FOOTBALL INSTEAD OF BRAZILIAN SAMBA GAME. COACH APPIAH SHOULD COME BACK AND CONTINUE FROM WHERE HE WAS FORCED TO LEAVE. OLD GOOD BLACK STAR PLAYERS CAN FORM ADVISORY GROUP TO BE MEETING AND DISCUSSING THE BLACK STARS WITH COACHES FROM TIME TO TIME

No,in those days only few teams take nations cup seriously.now the game has evolve with videos and apps to aid coaches in their approach.coaches have access to videos to study his opponents and device a plan as compared to those days.Brazil no longer win by large margin against mino's like Ghana.do u remember when Brazil and Germany beat us by 8-2 and 6-1 respectively? It doesn't happened now and this alone shows how things have changed.
Since 82,tell me one local coach that has qualified us to CAN final.both milo and Grant came close.our local coaches r very lazy and don't want to invest in their coaching carrier.they r waiting for government to sponsor them.

Dear All,
What has journalism become today? Is it that too much texting and "pigeon English (creo)" are contributing to the too many grammatical errors in the media lately.
I continue to wonder whether it is worth reading any news in the print media. If students are reading such news with the view to improve their command over the English Language, then they better sit up.
