Our local coaches have done well and commendation. They have trained our players to a greater extend into "soccer manhood". However, the level of play and team management at english premier, la liga, serie and what nots, demand a greater coaching skill, planning, tactics and team management, that many a time, our local coaches lack.
Hey, if our local coaches can do better than a foreign coach, let us grab him quickly otherwise, let us get the best coach who can bring winning laurels to Ghana

You may hire a ghanaian like Desailly. A coach has to be a mentor too. Most of our players today are more accomplished than our local coaches. This is not a binary issue. It is a complex matter.

Desaily is French and Tanko could be German. Don't know if Emmanuel Osei Kuffour is a coach. His last game was with Ebusua Dwarfs. Fact is, Ghana has nobody locally as coach. You are part of the blame. As GFA Chair, what did you do to help the local coaches upgrade their qualifications and gain some experience. Nothing so stop blabbing.
