  Those who play football in this stadium should pay a share of the cost.
  
  Government with limited revenue has priorities and if it is tackling other challenges in this country then sectors like sports and its infrastructur ...

  Government with limited revenue has priorities and if it is tackling other challenges in this country then sectors like sports and its infrastructure is going to suffer. There's no easy answer unless the private entities get involved.

  Why should NSA depend on the government? They should be able to pay for their own salary. They make money from the stadium where do they use the money for?

  Its a stadium for Saturday or Sunday use ... but dont forget. the best security is to add some business end to it. .. a small restaurant, or coffee shop. That keeps it alive.
