    Government can force GFA to set up a minimum salary requirement for players. Regulations and enforcement lack thereof is one reason for poor PL in Ghana

    Yes government can do a lot.In the Bundesliga,all teams are required to deposit amount equivalent to the total salary of their players and even gate fees are capped so teams won't overcharge.
