There is no clause that forces them to appoint him as head coach. If he refuses the assignment no court will award him severance. He better seel legal advice!!

Michael Osei should know that Kotoko have not dismissed him or terminated his appointment,he is not entitled to any compensation. But if he flouts the rules of the team he can be dismissed without a pesewa,that is what the rules say. He should be careful.However he has the option to resign honourably,demand for any salary arrears and leave peacefully.

It was free fall for kotoko so the coach was fired and Osei was able to stop the breeding.

We should treat each other well, that translates into a beautiful country. Pay him what he deserves so that he can feed and educate his children well, and that is good for the country.
