PLAYERS like Braimah, fatau, warris, gyimah, tetteh, accam, Ofori,.Dwamena, jordan ayew, dwonyoh, tepkertey, attama,.yiadom are all not.ripe.for.bstar or.don't.deserve.to be in the first 23. They don't fit the above criteria.for.selection. If u look at most, if not all teams that have won continental, wcups and even major premier lg.trophies. There is a greater percentage of players who fit the above criteria, on their squads. Folks, this is the golden formula bstar coaches ought to adopt if they want to stop the afcon trophy drought. Right now, there is no formula or criteria.for.tournament callups. So.see.how confused and silly grant and gfa are looking. Everything grant is doing will lead to a crash. Like yutong bus driver to tamale. Who is playing reggae music, swearing, smoking weed,.drinking and overspeeding. He gets angry if u tell him to slow down. U better get off the bus bcos bus driver has shares in teshie coffin making business. More dead bodies, more.coffins are sold and his stocks go up....muahahahahaaaaaaa. Look at the ivorian squad that won the last afcon for instance. They had more players with trophy winning experience on their squad. Go and do ur research. Even their coach rennard had trophy winning experience. Look at the caliber of players gh showcased when we won those 4afcons. The players had all won Trophies at club level, or were previously afcon champs, or.continental champs. Why do u think Spain assembles players from Madrid and barca? Same with Germany and italy,.France. They choose players with previous trophy winning experience for tournaments. Grant has had 0 experience as coach or even deputy coach in helping any club/country win a trophy. What makes u think he has the blueprint to take afcon? This gari coach with his 3ba tactics 352? Tweapuu! So what makes u think he can win an afcon trophy with Ghana? If u bet on a horse who has no previous history of winning. What are your chances of money money on ur bets? In order to turn things around, we need to get rid of Grant, bring back Akwasi Appiah and hire Stephen Appiah or the Ghanaian/French player(desai) to assist him.

A good journalist can actually write about it without naming the player (source) if he or she wants to draw the coach's attention in order to make him change how he handles the players.
