Our guys just seem to write what they hear.
Every word that we say, big or small, reflects on our individual, societal, national, continental or global image.
Our journalists, for, at least, three decades now, have completely abandoned the sanctity of the profession, not even realising that the wrong word, the wrong punctuation, the wrong alphabet, the wrong case (big or small letter), the wrong position of a hyphen or a dash can convey a completely different meaning to their intent.
Too bad.
With the advent of the internet and globalisation, I guess we're doomed.
Who can force a private enterprise operating out of a shack in a foreign land to conform to the norms of professionalism?
