It seems Nyantakyi has a fiduciary interest in Avram Grant. Otherwise, why on earth would Nyantakyi be keen to keep and defend Avram for all his non-performing coaching?

Even though the black stars have fallen to such low heights, it is necessary at this time to do our best and support the team. The players have made it very clear that they are not the superstars or stars, that their untapped potential suggests they can reach (with the exception of one or two players). I don't see how we can fall any lower than we already have. Our image is tarnished, teams no longer fear us, and we don't have a solid structure in place to develop our young budding talents. However what good will it do if we keep complaining and pointing out the obvious. These administrators must reap what they have sown. If Avram Grant is to truly lead us at the Afcon, we should let him do his job and see what he can do until his contract ends. They must all do a better job in player selection and structural training but at this point all we can do is leave it in the Hands of God that these people can see the error of their ways and work harder and smarter. Change will come soon, one way or another but until then we have what we have and must see what follows

lol it's not by force if you do or do not want to support the coach. All I'm saying is that, it's necessary to wait and see what good, if any can come out of this situation. We are already paying the man and his contract is almost up. There was a lot of praise given to Grant when he led the team to the finals. As soon as we started losing games and also with his persistence in seemingly not doing his due dilligence in looking for players that can cover our weaknesses, then it seems like all hope is lost. One can be extremely disgusted if one expects these group of players to perform like the older generation where there was a complete different vibe, mentality, atmosphere in the competitive spirit of the team. Since we know what we have why waste energy insulting? Even though you probably mean well because your passionate for our country, I think we should start exercising patients because I for one am not expecting a miracle to happen. If it happens fine, that's great but I'm more interested in observing the infrastructural changes that will come, especially with our current government transition taking place.

We need players who are talented and read the game, intelligent ball distributors, skill. We don't have many of such. Michael Essien, Sulley Muntari and Kevin Prince Boateng should be brought back into the team to bring some technical flare into our game. Coach Avram Grant needs to help some of our players in the game to develop teamwork mentally. Ball possession, ball distribution and ball control; these are the key ingredients. The cohesion among the players on the field during matches is important. Let's develop that aspect of the game and see what we achieve.
