That phrase sounds like one of those made-in-Nigeria imports, like African-style armed robbery (killing over a kobo), lynchings, necklacing (burning 'suspects' with tyres around their necks), leaving corpses in the streets, trumped-up death of famous people, not to mention all kinds of financial fraud.
