  How many years did Dede Ayew play for Swansea before joining West Ham United? And how many years did he have left to play for Swansea before he left for West Ham? Do not thwart the progress of the player. Invite Kotoko or any club courting the player for negotiations and if the price is okay, let him go. After all, you are supposed to be neutral due to your position on the FA.
