I assume Hearts don't yet have a head coach, but have already appointed an assistant coach. A head coach and not the club, should be able allowed to select the assistants he would like to work with. Hiring an assistant and forcing him onto the head coach is sure to create an uncomfortable working relations between the head coach and his assistant.
