  No skilled football player - even Polo himself - develops his skills under a coach. Football skills are NOT taught; they are developed. The most efficient way to develop the sports in any country is to provide resources to kids to they can start developing their skills early. The stupid governments of Ghana should provide decent playing fields in every corner of the country, particularly in the villages. Britain is a small island, but check out how many of the playing fields they have scattered across the country. Fools.
