Their dictatorial behaviours is quite intimidating to the coaches who also do not want to lose their jobs. Not until the coaches are left alone to perform their duties with these disgruntled dictators always getting interwoven in their affairs, don't count your hope on the national team winning trophies. Nepotism, dictatorship and money consciousness is their trademake so please don't blame the coaches because they are there to be remote controlled.
