This characteristic of Mourhino is part of the reason why he has been very successful. It's easy to see why a player would want to leave everything on the field for a coach like that. He tried to clean things up a bit, obviously the damage is already done.
It's about we learn to appreciate our players who play outside even more because they go through a lot!

Many a time I find it ridiculous that these immigrant players spend so much on parties and the like when they could have marked such occasions with basic humanitarian gestures in their home countries which could cement their cult status for generations. Some buy wine for over $3000 at parties, etc. Lets rather advice Essien to use the case as a lesson to wise up wherever he goes to. And this also goes to all the other foreign based guys.
