  This is why appiah failed. A professional does not use fairweather players in those positions. They pick specialized players for specific positions to get the job done. Kasa should be used as a left winger, 10/8...he also tends to be a wanderer when used as an 8 and a professional coach is always mindful of that and will place him in a soot where he can be more useful depending on the particular opponent
