Sources say hospitals like KATH have not done that for the past 16 years
The MOH has chalked successes but its ineptitude in this regard is totally mind boggling.

I think that the "old boys" of Essien, Kevin and Muntari where the key to our demise at 2014 WC. My belief is that we need to leave this up to Gyan, Dede (if healthy) and the new crew. To be honest, as much as I would like to see them in Russia 2018 I would rather see the younger crew develop their confidence and be able to win AFCON. I actually think that at this point, it is more important for the Black Stars to win AFCON 2017 than making the WC. Making the WC is a bonus for this crew. If Gyan is healthy and scores some critical goals we will make the WC. If he is not scoring we have to hope for a miracle.
