President Mahama has a solution to this if he cares about the affairs of the sports ministry. Nii Lantey is the only problem and Mahama is the only one to oust him. Since the President has been so quite about this, I know that he has instructed Nii Lantey for this mess. If he cared, he would have spoken to the interested parties. Therefore, we should hold him responsible regardless of the outcome to this match.

IT MAKES NO IOTA OF SENSE FOR THE NATIONAL TEAMS TO GO FUNDING FROM THE MINISTER OF SPORTS. HE/SHE DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT ANY NATIONAL TEAM UNTIL THEIR POCKETS HAVE BEEN GREASED. The local players have to be given an opportunity to be featured in times like this moreover theres no point in flying foreign players in for unneccessary expenses. all this and what have you. First and foremost I disagree with the idea that
the Black Stars has already qualified and there fore have to use local Base d players
the reason is that we have to think
about Fifa rankings which means every game is important and also results they say breeds confidence i can understand
if we can use one or two of the local players but not to make a whole sale
changes the truth hurts but the bottom line is that most if not all of this local based players are not good enough and need to train hard we all saw what happened to the local Black Stars under

The coach is building a team, and as he fields his choice, he learns more about the combination and cohesion for improvements. If this next game is of NO IMPORTANCE because we "already qualified", then we should boycott and pay the related fine. The fine will definitely be less than costs of assembling, flying and paying the local players the sports ministry is insisting on. (NB I am also available to play for free if more costs need to be avoided - All I need is a better explanation of the offside rule..lol)

Why wont a Minister of Sports double as the Coach of the BS to decide which player should be selected to play against Rwanda!.Mahama recently turned into a Judge on Montie 3 saga to nullified Supreme Court rule. Nii Lante Vanderpuje should learn to respect the decisions of the Coach and his technical bench.Office etiquette and administrative efficiency demands that,the so called Minister of Sport if he has concerns or suggestions to make, should have invited the Coach for a discussion,if any, before the final list of players. Again, whilst other Nations Camp their players for months prior to African Cup of Nations and the World Cup Fiesta, the best Ghana could do was one week, two weeks, or about three weeks Camping.What result do one expect from such inadequate Camping time. Therefore, what Nii Lante doesn't know is that, it's necessary to have a Star studded Team in any qualifiers to compensate for the inadequacies in training towards future events like the World Cup,(considering the level of play exhibited in the Olympics) if the Minister expect good result from the player,and a job well done by the Coach(team work and cohension). Therefore, Nii Vanderpuje should behave himself not to interfere with the selection of the Coach.B'cos the Coach know better than Nii Lante
when it comes to player selection.
The idea of Ghana has already qualified,does not make Sense. Anyway.
