The reason why the sports ministry is always under pressure is because of the ridiculous demands of football. It is simply too expensive!! and this Minister has only inherited a continuing problem. Unless there is a review of ALL the sports federations, and the slate is wiped clean there can be no progress. Ghana has provided enough funding in line with other African nations and other small nations in the budget. The question is what the Federations did with THAT money! And like addicts they keep asking for more whilst saying that no one can demand any transparency or accountability from them. THey're like demanding wives! And they don't even produce results! A huge delegation of 'officials' always travelling. the poor athletes are the ones who suffer because they just get used as an excuse for all the federation people to travel for no reason.
