  This is great and wonderful but supporting sports that require over 20 people to attend away competitions is simply not sustainable so what happens is you get o continuity or growth. I thought the problem with support for the national team and all the junior teams is cost because a football team has many players and officials?? So now add to that beach soccer and the problem is exacerbated. It doesn't make sense does it? I know everyone loves football but it's just a very expensive game in all its forms womens' soccer, men's teams, junior teams league games etc all to be supported at the expense of every other sport which costs far less and can bring results. But ok if you have the money go for it!
