  THEY WANT TO HIDE THE FACT THAT THE MAIN REASON MOST PEOPLE ARE AGAINST THE LARGE BONUS IS BECAUSE THE SO-CALLED OFFICIALS OR COMMITTEE MEMBERS GIVE THEMSELVES EQUAL AMOUNTS. AND FOR DOING WHAT? MUNTARI SLAPPED ARMAH BECAUSE THERE WERE SO MANY OF THEM OFFICIALS THERE FOLLOWING THE TEAM JUST FOR MONEY. HE HAS BEEN THERE AND HE KNOWS. IN THE END, NOTHING IS LEFT FOR SPORTS DEVELOPMENT. THIS VERY ORGANIZATION GOES BACK TO THE GOV'T OF THE DAY FOR FUNDS TO ORGANIZE EVENTS LIKE AFCON ETC. ANYWAY, WHAT PREVENTS THESE PLAYERS FROM ORGANIZING AND BUYING INTO A GROUP INSURANCE ANYTIME THEY ARE CALLED TO PLAY. THIS MAY JUST COST THEM A FRACTION OF THEIR BONUS.   The nation will appreciate patriots representing it in international matches and losing than inconsistent half baked mercenaries. Great players represent their nations because they feel a sense of pride doing so. If the cut throat half baked mercenaries don't earn enough playing professional football then why don't they quit and find something worthwhile to do. What's the annual income of the average Ghanaian? Asking $10,000 for kicking the football for 90 minutes from poor Ghanaians, some of who can hardly afford one square meal a day is unconscionable and unpatriotic, to say the least.
